Jim Eustace

Jim grew up in Cairns, Far North Queensland and moved to Brisbane in 1981 to study physiotherapy.  He graduated from the University of Queensland in 1984 and established Forest Lake Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Centre in 1999.  His experience and caring nature allows him to provide a quality physiotherapy experience for clients with any type of musculo-skeletal injury or dysfunction.  He believes that being able to function with minimal pain is one of the keys to ensuring good health and wellbeing. Jim spent the first 15 years of his career working with elite sporting teams including the Brisbane Bears and Lions AFL teams and the Brisbane Bullets NBL team. In recent years he has developed an interest in how the fascial system impacts on the body and what role it has to play with chronic pain. 

Brooke Evans

Brooke grew up in Mildura, Victoria and moved to Melbourne in 2002 to study a Bachelor of Science Degree (Majoring in Anatomy) at the University of Melbourne.  She graduated in 2005 and travelled north to Brisbane to study physiotherapy at the University of Queensland.  Brooke graduated in 2008 and immediately joined the physiotherapy team at Forest Lake Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Centre. Brooke's experience, diligent and kind nature allow her to be a very good physiotherapist. Brooke is a qualified Pilates Instructor and offers Pilates classes at the practice on Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings. Brooke is a keen cyclist and regularly competes in Olympic distance triathlons.

Gabby Willis

Gabby grew up in Mackay and moved to Brisbane in 2009 to study Exercise Science at the University of Queensland for 2 years before transferring to Australian Catholic University to study physiotherapy.  She graduated in 2014 and immediately joined the physiotherapy team at Forest Lake Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Centre.  Gabby's effervescent personality and wonderful manual skills combine well to allow her to be a very good physiotherapist.  Gabby is keen to pursue a career in Sports Physiotherapy.  She has recently completed a Masters of Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. She is head physiotherapist for the Ipswich Jets Rugby League team.  Gabby is a keen hockey player excelling at the goal keeper position.  

Madi Trainor

Madi grew up in Brisbane and studied Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Queensland for 2 years before transferring to the Australian Catholic University to study physiotherapy. She graduated in 2021 and immediately joined the physiotherapy team at Forest Lake Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Centre. Madi has a very friendly nature. She is dedicated to ensuring her patients achieve a great outcome with their treatment. She is a keen athlete representing QLD at atheletics during her teenage years. Madi has a keen interest in treating a variety of musculoskeletal particularly in regards to women’s health.
