Jim Eustace

Jim grew up in Cairns, Far North Queensland and moved to Brisbane in 1981 to study physiotherapy.  He graduated from the University of Queensland in 1984 and established Forest Lake Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Centre in 1999.  His experience and caring nature allows him to provide a quality physiotherapy experience for clients with any type of musculo-skeletal injury. He believes that being able to function with minimal pain is one of the keys to ensuring good health and wellbeing. Jim has worked with elite sporting teams including the Brisbane Bears and Brisbane Lions AFL teams and the Brisbane Bullets NBL team.

Brooke Evans

Brooke grew up in Mildura, Victoria and moved to Melbourne in 2002 to study a Bachelor of Science Degree (Majoring in Anatomy) at the University of Melbourne.  She graduated in 2005 and moved to Brisbane to study physiotherapy at the University of Queensland.  Brooke graduated in 2008 and joined the physiotherapy team at Forest Lake Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Centre. Brooke's experience, diligent work ethic and kind nature enhance her physiotherapy skills. Brooke is a qualified Pilates Instructor and offers Pilates classes at the practice on Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings. Brooke is a keen cyclist and gardener.

Gabby Willis

Gabby grew up in Mackay and moved to Brisbane in 2009 to study Exercise Science at the University of Queensland before transferring to Australian Catholic University to study physiotherapy. She graduated in 2014 and joined the physiotherapy team at Forest Lake Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Centre. Gabby's effervescent personality and effective manual skills enhance her physiotherapy skills. She has recently completed a Masters of Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. She has worked with the Ipswich Jets Rugby League team as their head physiotherapist.  

 

Madi Trainor

Madi grew up in the western suburbs of Brisbane and studied Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Queensland before transferring to the Australian Catholic University to study physiotherapy. She graduated in 2021 and joined the physiotherapy team at Forest Lake Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Centre. Madi’s friendly nature and effective manual skills ensure her patients achieve a great outcome with their treatment. She is a keen athlete representing QLD at athletics during her teenage years. Madi has a keen interest in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a special interest in regards to women’s health. - Madi is currently working in London and will return in 2026.
